What firsttx is

firsttx is a web application that lets you discover your first ever on-chain transaction across supported EVM-compatible blockchains, write a personal story about that moment, generate a shareable card optimized for X (formerly Twitter), and appear on a community leaderboard ranked by earliest first transaction.

firsttx is built and operated by @mojeebeth (Mojeeb Titilayo) under blindspotlab, a solo-founder product studio. The platform is not affiliated with Alchemy, Supabase, X Corp, or any blockchain protocol.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use firsttx. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of firsttx complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

Wallet connection

firsttx reads your on-chain transaction history from public blockchains via Alchemy's RPC infrastructure and RainbowKit for wallet connection. We do not request, store, or ever have access to your private keys or seed phrase.

• →Connecting your wallet is non-custodial — we only read publicly available on-chain data.
• →We never initiate transactions on your behalf.
• →We never request token approvals or arbitrary signature requests.
• →Your wallet address is stored only to associate your story and leaderboard entry.

X (Twitter) account linking

Connecting your X account is optional. If you connect it, we use X OAuth to obtain your public handle and profile image only. We do not access your DMs, follower list, likes, or post on your behalf without your explicit action.

• →Your X handle may appear publicly on the leaderboard and story pages.
• →Sharing to X is always initiated by you — we do not auto-post.
• →Skipping X connection is supported — core features still work.

User-generated content

When you submit a story, you grant blindspotlab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and store that story on the platform — including on the public leaderboard and shareable card pages.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• →Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any person.
• →Containing personal data of others without their consent.
• →Promoting illegal activity, violence, or discrimination.
• →Spam, promotional content, phishing, or impersonation.

We reserve the right to remove any story that violates these guidelines without prior notice or liability.

Blockchain data & accuracy

Transaction data is fetched from public blockchains via Alchemy. While we use binary search to find your earliest transaction, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy due to:

• →Chain coverage — we scan 11 major EVM chains at launch. Other chains are not included.
• →Internal transactions — some early interactions may not be captured by transfer indexing.
• →API limitations — Alchemy rate limits or outages may affect scan completeness.
• →Smart contracts — complex interactions may display differently to simple value transfers.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard ranks users by the earliest identified first transaction timestamp. Rankings may change as new users join or chain coverage expands. We reserve the right to remove entries obtained through manipulation, address spoofing, or platform abuse without notice.

Intellectual property

All design, branding, code, and content on firsttx — including the firsttx name, blindspotlab branding, and card templates — are the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

The shareable cards generated for your personal story are yours to share freely on social media, provided you do not remove firsttx or blindspotlab attribution.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, blindspotlab and @mojeebeth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of firsttx — including loss of data, loss of funds, or reputational harm.

firsttx is not a financial product, investment platform, or regulated service. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date on this page. Major changes will be announced on X at @mojeebeth. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith between both parties before pursuing formal legal action.
